Project Description:

CWR & WFS Analytics is the banks wide Golden Source database for all Workforce Strategy and Contingent Worker related data. It consists of a central database and ETL processes along with numerous detailed reports developed on a Tableau reporting platform. Core Project team is based in Poland and delivers new functionalities using Agile (Scrum) methodology.

Successful candidate would become a member SCRUM team. In total team will be 5, resources and is focused on development of a particular products (WARP/CARP). Within a team members there are seniors developers with expertise in DWH and BI and experienced tester.

Team is developing the plafform called WorkForce Strategy (incl. perm and contracting staff) - how many ppl should be employed, workforce migrations, footprint in different locations, etc.

Existing project - since 2017, but team is creating mostly new features.

2 devs and 1 tester, full SCRUM set up.

L3 support whenever necessary

Creating reports based on SQL data

Responsibilities
  • Work as the BI Developer in a self-organizing Scrum team
  • Implement data sourcing and transformation code, create Tableau dashboards
  • Manage the deployment, maintenance, and L3 user support of the reporting / data access tool(s)
  • Create technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
  1. Data Warehousing experience (min 2 years)
  2. Project experience with at least one of the following report platforms is a must: Tableau, PowerBI, OBIEE, SSRS, Cognos (min. 2 years)
  3. SQL programming skills
  4. Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS)
  5. Self-motivated and a team player with good problem solving skills
  6. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
