Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in organization of medical events (congresses, workshops, conerences, etc.)
  • Knowledge about medical marketing specifics (channels, materials, layouts, ways of presenting information, use of language, etc.)
  • Practical problem solving skills
  • Ability to work proactively in partnership with customers and external stakeholders to develop opportunities and solutions
  • Project Management skills, gained during experience (formal certificates will be a plus but are not obligatory)
  • Perfect English skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50% in EMEA region (from Nordics to Dubai)

Responsibilities:

  • Project management of company's presence at international congresses
  • Liaising with Marketing business units
  • Concept, planning, organization, on-site support and follow-up of the relevant franchise presence at international congresses
  • Booth concept and design in collaboration with Brand Management
  • Project budget management
  • Strengthen partnership with congress organizers and associations
  • Steer collaboration with external suppliers such as booth builders, convention agencies, hotels, logistic companies etc.
  • Cost and quality control
  • Project management of congresses including accompanying events
  • Coordination of congress participations worldwide on request
  • Close collaboration with the Brand, Creative Management and Communication team
  • Coordination of Exhibition material
  • Ensure application of corporate compliance policies with all relevant stakeholders
  • Security, maintenance, harmonization and development of franchise standards and processes
  • Providing consistent internal and external information channels
