Praca: Customer Care Specialist
Swiss manufacturer of turning machines is looking for a person for the position:
- Present effective, fast and highly professional solutions to our customers service needs
- Contacting customers through the Service-Now platform
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Identifying the nature of customer requests and assigning requests to appropriate departments within the organization (forwarding to L1, L2, L3 teams)
- Preparation of service offers and sales quotations for spare parts
- Creating spare parts orders for customers
- Collaborating with L1, L2 team of technicians to prepare responses for customers
- Ensure high quality information flow between customer and relevant departments within the organization
- Ensuring that intervention deadlines are met
- Cooperation with TORNOS branches and external service points
- Controlling the payment of invoices
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently, consistency in action and attention to details
- Experience in administrative work
- Knowledge of SAP software would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of computer office software (MS Office)
- High interpersonal skills in contact with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work in a team
- Participation in training courses within the organization
