RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit;
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives - partner with the Business leaders and understand the nature of the Business and proactively work on the engagement model;
  • Program Manage various Talent Management activities which includes - Performance Management, Communication, Engagement, Connect, Retention, Employee Satisfaction Survey, R&R, Metrics, Dashboard specific to the location;
  • Work in partnership with the Corporate HR Team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support organizational and people performance in line with business needs;
  • Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management;
  • Lead or facilitate Team communication like: HR connect sessions, Town halls, Open Hours;
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies in line with best practice, keep HR handbooks and policies up to date;
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services on daily processes: onboarding, personnel filling, HR admin.
You have
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience on HRBP (Generalist wide) position;
  • Good practical knowledge of labor legislation in Poland;
  • Experience of HR processes, policies and procedures;
  • Functional knowledge of personnel administration;
  • Hands-on attitude, self-starter with strong organizing skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize, organize, follow through on and meet deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of Office 365;
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
