Junior IT Support Specialist
Wroclaw
Your Tasks
  • Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
  • Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding a solution for occurring problems
  • Analyzing and solving IT issues related to hardware and Microsoft Windows Environment
  • Liaising with users from different departments
  • Escalating major problems to 3rd line support

Our Requirements
  • Very good English
  • Experience in IT troubleshooting (Windows and software-related)
  • Effective communication skills (primarily with the customer and team members)
  • Ability to handle priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge about remote support
  • Ability to work on shifts
Would be an asset:
  • Experience in working with IT ticket tools
  • Availability for shift-pattern work from Monday - Friday
