Main responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Oversee day-to-day operation.
Set and monitor team performance.

Technical Skills:

Back-end Development:

Expertise in Java.
Experience building backend services with Spring framework.
Professional background in Hibernate.

Front-end Development:

Advancement with Angular/React/Vue.

Database:

SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, Mysql, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).

Agile Methodologies:

Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
