Praca: Sales Representative
- Sales Management: Lead and manage the full sales cycle for machinery and equipment in the Polish market.
- Consultative Selling: Visit clients on-site, present our portfolio, and provide expert technical/business solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with major cardboard packaging manufacturers.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis, execute marketing activities, and plan strategic sales growth.
- After-Sales Support: Assist with the coordination of installations and ensure top-notch after-sales satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent Polish is a must; at least basic English for internal communication.
- Personality: Open, highly organized, and communicative. A person who meets challenges head-on.
- Mobility: A valid drivers license and a genuine love for travel and field work.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Note: Previous industry or sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement – we will provide the training
