Praca: Senior Success Factors Consultant
- Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
- Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement
- Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
- Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives
- Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements
- Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
- Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.
- A minimum of five years prior professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of HCM solutions
- At least five years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
- Experience with Success Factors Employee Central or Success Factors Onboarding or Success Factors Performance & Goals or Success Factors Learning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- English: Upper-Intermediate
